We delivered a social media presentation to the marketing team of the National Trust for Scotland at their head office in Edinburgh, April 2011
The NTS team was already engaging in social media and used this workshop as an introduction to a national social media strategy.
The challenge for organisations like these is how to manage the social media presence for individual properties and how to manage the (national) online reputation.
The presentation gave them useful insights into social media which the marketing team used for the national social media strategy meeting following the workshop.
