Royal Bank of Scotland

We’ve been asked to run a series of Webinars for the Royal Bank of Scotland at their headoffice in Edinburgh for their International Marketing and Communications department to bring them up to speed with social media for the financial and banking industry.

Marketing and Communication professionals from USA, Europe and Asia participated in the webinars where Rene showed how social media has changed the way customers interact, shop and share information and how banks can (and should) interact with their customers using Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels.
